At Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for any quality concerns or order discrepancies.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee or brewing equipment.

    Assessment & Approval

    Our quality control experts will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; for equipment, ensure all manuals and accessories are included.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag of coffee immediately.
