How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Your order is typically roasted within 24-48 hours of shipment to ensure you receive the freshest flavor profile possible.
Do you offer different grind sizes?
Yes, we offer whole bean, espresso, stovetop, filter, and French press grinds. Simply select your preferred brewing method on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite blend, select your delivery frequency, and save 10% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
Where are your coffee beans sourced from?
We ethically source our beans from sustainable farms across South America, Africa, and Asia. We prioritize Direct Trade relationships to ensure farmers are paid fairly for their premium crops.
